Global Sales Team Operations Specialist (M/F/X)

You will be employed through en EOR contractor, acting as the operational extension of a global technology leader.
This role supports the Global Sales Organization, ensuring precise execution of strategic directives within outsourced sales and operations teams.
The position is highly executionâdriven, requiring strict compliance with internal approval workflows and close daily alignment with the internal manager who provides all instructions and final decisions.
đ ROLE OVERVIEW
This role ensures accurate, compliant, and timely implementation of global sales strategies, BPO operations, and performance execution.
It focuses on highâquality operational execution, directly supervised by the internal manager.
You will operate as the bridge between global HQ, regional stakeholders, and BPO vendor teams, ensuring flawless communication, reporting discipline, and adherence to process controls.
đŒ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. BPO Partner Operations Support
Directive Execution
Assist in preliminary BPO vendor screening, background checks, and onboarding tracking based exclusively on explicit manager instructions.
Ensure all operational steps strictly follow preâapproved workflows.
Process Coordination
Draft documentation, coordinate legal reviews, and handle document archiving.
Work fully within preâapproved contract terms, SLA frameworks, and governance guidelines.
Monitoring & Reporting
Conduct daily and weekly monitoring of BPO partner compliance and performance execution.
Proactively identify irregularities, disputes, or regulatory risks.
Escalate to the manager immediately and follow disputeâresolution protocols only when authorized.
2. Global Sales Strategy Implementation & Team Development Support
Strategy Execution
Translate the managerâs predefined GoâToâMarket (GTM) and regional sales strategies into clear task plans for BPO teams.
No modifications to strategy, KPIs, or target definitions are allowed.
Recruitment Coordination
Manage operational steps for BPO recruitment: job postings, interview coordination, status tracking, candidate evaluation reporting.
All hiring approvals remain strictly with the internal manager.
Training Implementation
Organize, track, and report on training sessions based on standardized curricula provided by the manager.
Collect data, feedback, and attendance metrics; no content modification permitted.
3. Performance Data Monitoring & Reporting Support
Collect, cleanse, and input daily sales and operational data within the KPI framework defined by the manager.
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of performance dashboards.
Identify anomalies or forecasting gaps and escalate appropriately.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual performance review cycles.
đ JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education : Bachelorâs degree or above in Business, Operations, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience
7+ years in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or similar roles.
3+ years managing BPO or thirdâparty vendor operations at global scale.
Prior experience in SaaS, Cloud, Technology, or AI environments preferred.
Skills & Competencies
Strong capability in managing complex SLAs, operational governance frameworks, and multiâvendor environments.
Ability to build, coordinate, and support highâperforming remote teams.
Strong analytical sense for sales performance, process optimization, and workflow compliance.
Excellent communication and crossâcultural collaboration skills.
Professional proficiency in Turkish and Chinese is mandatory (spoken & written).
