📈 RECRUITMENT CONTEXT:
We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to expand the company’s commercial footprint across key regions in Germany, including Frankfurt, Cologne, Düsseldorf and Stuttgart.
💼 POSITION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join our team. Your responsibilities will include:
Prospect and engage hotels and hotel groups within your assigned territory, identifying relevant decision‑makers (GMs, Revenue Managers, etc.).
Present and promote the company’s solutions (booking engine, channel management tools, analytics, etc.), adapting proposals to each client’s needs.
Build and grow a high‑value client portfolio through long‑term relationship management.
Lead the entire sales cycle — from pitching to negotiation and closing — consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Act as the clients’ voice internally by sharing insights and feedback to support ongoing product evolution.
Represent the company at industry events and trade shows in Germany to enhance visibility and generate leads.
Travel frequently within the regions of Frankfurt, Cologne, Düsseldorf, and Stuttgart.
👨💼 DESIRED PROFILE:
Proven experience in the hospitality sector.
At least 5 years of successful B2B sales experience.
Solid knowledge of the hotel distribution ecosystem (OTAs, CRS, Channel Managers, etc.).
A self‑driven, results‑oriented approach and excellent relationship‑building skills.
Full fluency in German and English.
💰 COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Between €50 000 & €60 000 + 10% bonus.
